Meyers Spring Ranch
Meyers Spring Ranch hovers at approximately
19,000 acres and is located in the remote
canyon of Terrell County Texas. The national
historic register has listed this ranch for its prehistoric
rock art and as the military campsite of
Captain John Bullis and his black Seminole
scouts. There are also rocky outcroppings with
pictographic paintings that have been dated
from 3000 years ago. The most recent was most
likely made by Comanche scribes in the 1800’s.
Meyers Spring has a year round source of
water, even in the recent Texas drought.
Elam Falls 534 acres
This ranch features a 3000 sq ft ranch
house. There are huge rock bluffs lining parts of
the creek bed, waterfalls, calm, clear pools and
deep holes can be found up and down the creek.
Indian mounds, concrete dam on the creek and
superior hunting. Exotics, whitetail and turkey are
abundant. The neighboring ranch is over 12,000
acres, so peace and quiet is not hard to find.
