Clear Springs
Clear Springs is only 30 miles from
Waco, Texas. Rolling grasslands and
mature trees cover the landscape.
There are three homes and a lodge all
connected by the two miles of paved
road. The main home has 5 bedrooms
and 5 baths. There is also a 3bed/2bath
foreman’s home and an 1860’s historic
log cabin. In addition to these improvements
there is a 12 bed/10 bath lodge.
The lodge has a large conference center
that will seat over 20 people. There
are 8 lakes covering over 25 acres for
fishing and playing. A year-round spring
feeds the lakes at 160,000 gallons per
day. The water supply brings in the
wildlife such as turkey and feral hogs.

include horseback riding with a nice
horse barn and roping arena, tennis,
swimming in the pool and playing golf
